With the design of the logo and brochure, there was a desire to represent an elevated lifestyle with a timeless design. With a neutral palette and a very basic line, they communicate and translate of the visual identity the charm and sophistication of the suburb in which they are located.
With luxurious finishes and furnishings, one could not help but give space for images to be able to tell all the features of the complex in the promotional brochure. With its simplicity and lack of elements such as a dominant color or decorative elements, they are its strength, going to enhance the apartments more.
